Join us on February 19th for Indigenous Chef Night, featuring Sitka-born chef Edith Johnson!
This one-night-only dining experience celebrates Indigenous culture, local ingredients, and the stories shared through food.
Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully crafted menu made by Chef Johnson, including salmon with spruce tip béarnaise, braised beef stew, roasted and kaleidoscope potatoes, fry bread, herring egg salad, and a sweet finish of mini berry streusel.
